GapFish is an innovative and dynamically growing online market research company. Founded in Berlin in 2012, GapFish operates the largest online market research panel in the German-speaking region. Cooperations with renowned partners as well as the latest technologies such as pixel tracking, GPS tracking or behavioral metering also enable us to implement sophisticated study designs in the context of market, social and advertising impact research – whether online or mobile. Our main office with about 40 employees of 12 different nationalities is centrally located directly at Kurfürstendamm in Berlin. Another office in the Cologne area is planned for 2021.
In the course of our growth we are looking for at least one (Senior) Sales Manager with focus on Account Management, Internal Sales Force, Operations.
Your tasks

- You are the interface between customers and our project management team and, together with your colleagues, are responsible for our long-standing and excellent customer relationships and customer satisfaction as well as the joint success of the project

You prepare feasibility calculations and offers, take orders and brief our project managers and service providers on the order specifications and timings you have agreed with the clients. You may even carry out simpler projects yourself.
- Once a project has been successfully completed, you prepare the invoices for our clients
- Due to the focus of the job on internal sales, existing customer management and operations, the acquisition of new customers and the representation of our company at trade fairs and events are not initially part of your duties. However, if you are interested in and talented for this, a development in this area is possible.
We offer

- Flat hierarchies and a familiar, friendly team with a good feedback culture
- Weekly company meetings and weekly team meetings (currently digital, of course)
- Structured and personal induction and training in all relevant areas of the company
- Every employee is given the space to present his or her own ideas and to implement them on his or her own initiative in the interest of the company
- A wide range of training and development opportunities

- Job ticket, company pension plan, etc. negotiable
Your profile

- You have at least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in internal sales, in the market/social research industry or in the field of marketing/media/agencies
